The Grand Tourneo is a well-built seven-seat vehicle that provides plenty of room in its attractive cabin. Offering car-like driving dynamics, this versatile MPV is available in Style, Zetec and Titanium trim levels.
What to expect from a Motability Ford Grand Tourneo Connect
The Grand Tourneo Connect’s dual sliding doors make access for second and third-row passengers simple. The vehicle comes with a number of other useful features, including door mirrors with blind-spot elimination functionality. Also included as standard is Ford’s Easy Fuel capless system, which makes filling up the tank with the wrong fuel a thing of the past.
A Quickclear heated windscreen is available as an option, and comes as standard with Zetec trims.
The vehicle features a capacious seven-seat cabin, offering plenty of legroom for each occupant. Headroom is generous too, not least because of the Grand Tourneo Connect’s high roofline. The driver benefits from a rake-and-reach-adjustable steering wheel, and other standard features include electric front windows (one-shot on the driver’s side) and front and rear 12-volt power points. Several smart cubby spaces are featured throughout the cabin, and cargo capacity is a minimum 322 litres with all seats up, rising to as much as 2,620 litres (rear rows folded).
A 1.5-litre 99bhp diesel engine comes as standard with entry-level Style grades and is paired with a six-speed manual gearbox. This returns up to 58.9mpg and CO2 emissions as low as 124g/km, and features Auto Start-Stop as standard.
Six-speed automatic transmission is available with Zetec and Titanium trims.
A DAB radio, Bluetooth and USB Connectivity and Voice Control are included as standard. For ease of use, audio functions can be operated using steering wheel-mounted controls. Certified with a five-star rating by Euro NCAP, the Grand Tourneo Connect includes driver aids such as Electronic Stability Control, Anti-lock Braking System, Emergency Brake Warning and Hill-start Assist. Multiple airbags, seatbelt pre-tensioners and load-limiters and seatbelt reminders are among the vehicle’s passive safety features.
