Ford’s accident management programme has been awarded “Innovation of the Year 2011” by the Bodyshop Magazine Awards. The programme has enabled Ford to secure two manufacturer awards from Bodyshop Magazine and Auto Body Professionals Club.
Ford is working in partnership with Innovation Group and the purpose of the programme is to offer Ford owners in the UK a complete accident management and repair service. This is carried out by arranging for any accident repair contracts to be carried out on behalf of the customer. This is a complimentary service for all Ford car owners and is designed to alleviate the customer’s workload when it comes to arranging for their car to be repaired in the event of an accident. Under no circumstances will customers be encouraged to take out a personal injury claim and personal details will not be given to third parties. Customers have the right to make their own decision as to whether or not they wish to take out a personal injury claim. Whether or not they decide to, Ford will not benefit from it.
Innovation Group will handle every call that is made to Ford’s Accident Management helpline. Throughout the process of the claim, Ford drivers can be reassured that their car is going to be repaired at their nearest Ford Accident Repair Centre using genuine Ford parts that are fitted by fully trained technicians using Ford’s unique repair methods irrespective of what insurance company they are covered by.
