Nicola joined Peoples Limited in 1993 as an undergraduate, and progressed through the ranks of management and academic development, ultimately achieving the role of Group HR Director in October 2005. In addition, she was appointed to Ford Motor Company's UK Dealer Training Council in April 2007.
