We are looking for an experienced Parts Administrator to join our brand new team in our Edinburgh PartsPlus distribution centre. Reporting the Parts Manager you will be responsible for the administrative tasks within the Parts Department. This will include cash handling, data processing and the management of stock paperwork and processing.

What you’ll have:-

  • Experience in a Parts environment is desirable
  • Experience in an Administrative role is essential
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Proficient IT skills and experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Hours of work:

Full time role (42.5 hours per week) on a rota basis between the PartsPlus opening hours of:

8am to 6pm Monday to Friday

8am to 1pm Saturday
