Peoples Ford have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Administration team based at our Edinburgh FordStore. Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new and used vehicle sales orders
  • Raising new and used vehicle invoices
  • Taxing new and used vehicles
  • Settling outstanding finance
  • Conducting HPI checks on used vehicles
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Dealing with Department of Transport queries
  • Posting invoices and costs to deals for final closure
  • Maintaining Sales/Accounting records
  • General administration of speeding/parking fines to the dealership
  • Maintaining accurate stock records
  • Filing/Photocopying

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of vehicle registration and taxation desirable but not essential
  • Motor trade experience desirable but not essential
  • Computer literate


Hours:` 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
