Peoples Ford Support #TimeToChange

Peoples Ford are proud to be supporting See Me Scotland for this year's 'Time to Talk Day 2019' Time to Talk is on the 7th February and our aim is to bring as many people together to talk about mental health.

Mental health problems affect one in four of us, yet people are still afraid to talk about it. Time to Talk Day encourages everyone to talk about mental health, wether it be at school, work or at home.

Woman Supporting Mental Health

Together, Peoples Ford and See Me Scotland champions Karen Lally and Suzanne Baines are hitting the road for a 700 mile journey in only 6 days to get people talking about mental health.

As part of the tour Karen and Suzanne will be speaking to skiers at the Nevis Mountain Range, taking a boat out of Oban with a men’s peer support group, visiting HMP Perth, catching up with Kilted Yogi Finlay Wilson at the Apex Hotel in Dundee, speaking to students in Aberdeen and visiting the Borders Recovery College.

Make sure you keep an eye out for the Ford Edge the pair will be travelling in and make sure you stop and say hello. You can follow our journey using the hashtag #TimeToTalk or follow them on Twitter @timetotalktour to see where they are, then pop out and join them.
