Servicing & Aftersales

All of our aftersales departments are categorised as essential and will remain open.

We have introduced a number of contactless COVID safe measures for added convenience and reassurance, and these include:

  • Online booking: Click here.
  • Courtesy Car: Stay mobile while your vehicle is with us. Make a reservation for a courtesy vehicle.
  • Key Drop: A contactless option to deposit your keys in a secure location without the requirement for face-to-face vehicle check in.
  • Collection & Delivery: We’ll come to you. Protective materials are used inside and outside of your vehicle along with latex gloves and protectors. Ford Video Check also means you can see what our technicians see.
  • Ford Mobile Service: Our fully equipped Mobile Service Van can service your vehicle at your home or place of work.

Vehicle Sales

Under current Government guidelines, you can still buy a car online, then choose to Click & Collect at a dealership or we’ll deliver to your home. The bottom line is, whilst you cannot browse the showroom, we are still here to help keep you moving either online or on the phone:

  • Search: our website and take a look at the largest selection of Ford vehicles in the country.
  • Click: The used vehicle section of our website is fully transactional. Meaning you can browse, finance & buy from the comfort of your home.You can also reserve securely online for as little as £99 – fully refundable.
  • Collect: All of our stores are offering safe and secure, contactless ‘Click & Collect’.

While it might mean you can’t finish off your buying journey in-store, we are very much here for you online.

  • Virtual Video Appointments: See vans.Talk vans. Shop vans.You can video call with our in-store experts 7 days per week and let us help you shop.
