The combined petrol-plus-battery range can reach up to 935 miles on the saloon model, enabling long-distance travel with minimal refuelling or charging stops. The EV-first design delivers zero-emissions driving for shorter journeys, with the petrol engine supporting longer trips or high-demand driving conditions.​

The SEAL 6 DM-i Saloon features sleek, modern exterior styling that follows BYD’s ocean-inspired design language. The SEAL 6 DM-i Saloon is available in two trims: Boost and Comfort. The Boost trim provides strong value with its plug-in hybrid system, modern infotainment and essential comfort and safety features. The Comfort trim adds an upgraded battery, larger infotainment display, enhanced charging performance, additional convenience equipment and further interior refinements. UK pricing starts at £33,990 for the Boost model, with the Comfort version priced higher due to the expanded specification.
