Years Free Car Wash Offer – Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the One Year Free Car Wash offer ("Promotion") provided by Peoples BYD to eligible customers.
Offer Details:
- Eligible customers will receive a One Year Free Car Wash in the form of a promotional code entitling them to 12 IMO Car Wash ‘Wash 3’ washes, via the IMO app, when they test drive a BYD, subject to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility:
To qualify for the Promotion, you must meet the following conditions (collectively referred to as the "Eligibility Criteria"):
- Test Drive a BYD during over the following dates; Friday 28th-Sunday 2nd March, Friday 7th-Sunday 9th March, Friday 14th-Sunday 16th March.
- Test drive of a BYD Vehicle to be completed at a Peoples BYD dealership.
- Be the person test driving (as applicable) the vehicle.
Free Car Wash Redemption:
- A unique IMO Car Wash ‘Wash 3’ promotional code will be sent to qualifying customers via email within 5 working days of completing a BYD test drive.
- Download the IMO Car Wash app for Apple or Android, verify your details and enter your unique promotional code. Your 12 car washes will then be available in your wallet.
- Visit your chosen IMO car wash and present your Wash 3 offer (via the wallet in the IMO app) to the Operator upon arrival.
- The 12 Free Car Washes will be valid for use for 12 months.
Additional Information:
- Only one IMO Car Wash promotional code will be issued per booked and attended test.
- The promotional code will entitle the bearer to 12 Wash 3 washes at participating IMO car wash centres across the UK, when redeemed via the IMO Car Wash app.
- All IMO car washes must be taken by the date stated and are subject to availability.
- The IMO car wash promotional code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- The Free Car Wash offer must be presented to a Car Wash Operator, via the IMO Car Wash app, upon arrival at the IMO venue to redeem the free Wash 3 car wash offer.
- Only valid Free Car Wash in-app offers will be accepted.
- A promotional code and its subsequent in-app offer cannot be used retrospectively and no refunds will be given
- A promotional code and its subsequent in-app offer can only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Peoples BYD cannot be held responsible for the quality or availability of the car wash at participating IMO centres.
- This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Peoples BYD reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Failure to attend a booked Test Drive appointment will exclude a customer from qualifying for this offer.
- Peoples BYD reserves the right to exclude any customer from the Promotion if there is a breach of these terms and conditions.
- Peoples BYD is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that prevent you from receiving or redeeming the car wash offers
