
As our Sales Performance Coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering structured Sales training programmes and 121 continuous coaching to support and drive the performance of our Vehicle Sales Teams. This is a role that is impactful and genuinely contributes to the profitability of the business. It is striving for continuous improvement across every element of Sales.
You will work hand in hand with the sales teams including management to ensure new starters receive effective onboarding and that existing team members continue to develop their skills and performance.
You will help develop key skills across the sales teams including sales communication, enquiry management and prospecting, objection handling, maximising selling, customer engagement and closing techniques.
