1. To enter the giveaway, entrants must test drive any Maxus at Peoples Maxus Falkirk.
2. No persons (including their immediate families) connected with the administration of this competition are eligible to enter.
3. Entrants must test drive before the following closing dates (Closing Date): 30th September 2025.
4. All valid and correct entries will be entered into the competition. The receiver will be contacted within 48 hours of the Closing Date. The receiver who accepts their prize (Prize Receiver) will need to provide their full name, email address and home address and confirm they agree to these terms and conditions. The receiver will be given 24 hours to respond. If they do not respond within the timeframe, a new prize receiver will be selected.
5. The Prize Receiver will receive two tickets to Lewis Capaldi Concert and a 48 hour test drive with a Maxus Vehicle. Concert venue, seats and vehicle provided is dependent on availability. Peoples Maxus Reserve the right to amend or cancel the competition with no notice.
6. The Prize Receiver agrees and hereby grants the Promoter permission to use, copy, distribute, and publicly display their entries on any of the Promoter’s channels or their media partner promotional channels for all purposes related to this competition without any compensation or attribution to you. You also agree that the Promoter may use the Prize Receiver's name and likeness to administer and promote this competition, including for media interviews and promotional events connected with this competition.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to contact all entrants with regards to any communications relating to the competition.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, add or suspend the competition at any time
9. By entering the competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter that are final in all matters relating to the competition. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The decision of each receiver is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is governed by UK law.
