Test Drive a BYD to Win EURO24 Tickets Competition - Terms and Conditions

Promoter: The competition is promoted by Peoples BYD, located at Orrell Lane, Liverpool, L20 6PD ("Promoter"), in conjunction with BYD ("Manufacturer").

Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over, who are residents of the UK. Employees of the Promoter, their family members, or anyone else connected with the competition may not enter.

Competition Period: The competition begins on 5th March 2024 and ends on 31st March 2024 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

How to Enter: Participants must complete a test drive of a BYD vehicle during the Competition Period. Entry into the competition is automatic upon completion of the test drive, subject to the participant signing the liability waiver for the test drive and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. Only one entry per person.

Prize: Each participating Retailer will give away one pair of tickets to the EURO24 Group games featuring England and Scotland, excluding the opening match versus Germany. In the event Wales qualifies for the tournament, tickets may be available for their group games, subject to confirmation.

Draw: The winner(s) will be chosen at random from all eligible entries in a live draw conducted by the Promoter on social media in the first week of April 2024. The exact date of the draw will be announced by the Promoter.

Winner Notification: The winner(s) will be notified via email or phone and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 2 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected in accordance with the process described above.

Prize Conditions: Only match tickets will be provided. Any additional costs associated with attending the event, including but not limited to travel and accommodation, are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated by the Retailer.

Data Protection: By entering the competition, participants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter and the Manufacturer for the purposes of administering the competition and subsequent PR and promotional activity after the competition.

General: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

Compliance: This competition is subject to local laws and regulations. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding their participation.

Disqualification: Attempts to manipulate the competition by entering false information or details of individuals who did not complete a test drive will result in disqualification of the Retailer and all associated entries.

By participating in this competition, entrants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
