Terms and Conditions for the "Win an OMODA or JAECOO for a Year" Competition

1. Introduction

Promoter: Peoples OMODA JAECOO is the promoter of the "Win an OMODA or JAECOO for a Year" competition ("Competition").

Eligibility: This Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Peoples OMODA JAECOO, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the company or promotion.

Competition Period: The Competition commences on 1 January 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 30 April 2026. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

2. How to Enter

Entry Method:
To enter, participants must test drive any new OMODA or JAECOO vehicle at any participating Peoples OMODA JAECOO location during the Competition Period.

To book a test drive, visit www.peoplesomoda.co.uk or www.peoplesjaecoo.co.uk, or contact the dealership directly.

Conditions:

• Participants must hold a valid full UK driving licence.
• Participants must not have more than 6 penalty points on their licence.
• Participants will be expected to enter into an agreement with Peoples OMODA JAECOO which will stipulate requirements and limitations.
• Participants must adhere to all test drive policies.
• One entry per person.

3. Prizes

Prize Description:
One winner will receive an OMODA or JAECOO vehicle (exact model to be determined by Peoples OMODA JAECOO) for use for a period of one year.

The prize includes:

• Maintenance of the vehicle
• Road tax
• Roadside assistance

The winner must:

• Insure the vehicle fully comprehensively and provide evidence of this.
• Cover all other costs associated with the vehicle’s use, including fuel.
• Be responsible for any fines or charges incurred during the term of the agreement.

Usage Period:
The prize must be claimed and the vehicle collected within one month of the winner being notified. The vehicle must be returned in good condition at the end of the one-year period.

Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.

The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.

4. Winner Obligations

Acceptance:
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and acknowledge that the decision of Peoples OMODA JAECOO is final and binding in all matters relating to this Competition.

Documentation:
The winner will be required to provide proof of identity, eligibility (including a driving licence), and any other reasonable documentation requested before claiming the prize.

5. General Terms

Data Protection:
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with Peoples OMODA JAECOO’s privacy policy.

Liability:
Peoples OMODA JAECOO accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.

Compliance:
This Competition is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes and Cancellations:
Peoples OMODA JAECOO reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions at any point and without notice.
