Terms and Conditions for the "Test It. But It. Win It' Campaign

Promoter: Peoples Ford is the promoter.

Campaign Period: The Campaign commences on 18th September 2025 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31st December 2025. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

How to Enter

Test Drive Prize Draw – Win a Year’s Worth of Payments

• Customers who complete a test drive of any new or used vehicle at a participating Peoples Ford dealership before 31st December 2025 will automatically be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win the equivalent of a year’s worth of car payments.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
• The winner will receive a refund capped at £3,000 maximum.
• One entry per customer. Multiple test drives will not increase the number of entries.
• The winner will be selected at random after the campaign period ends and will be contacted within 14 days.

• Customers who purchase a new or used passenger car from a participating Peoples Ford dealership before 31st December 2025 will receive:
  • A free Road Angel Halo Ignite dash cam (fitting not included).
  • A complimentary one-night hotel stay for two, accommodation only, at a participating UK hotel.
• Gifts are subject to availability, non-transferable, and have no cash alternative.
• Customers will receive their dash cam and hotel stay details within 30 days of taking delivery of their new vehicle.

Eligibility

• The promotion is open to private retail customers who are legal residents of the UK and aged 18 years or over.
• The offer is not open to business, fleet, or Motability customers.
• The offer is only available on purchases of both used and brand-new passenger cars ordered from a participating Peoples Ford dealership before 21st April 2025.

Data Protection: Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Liability: Peoples Ford accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize/gifts.

Compliance: This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Changes and Cancellations: Peoples Ford reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice if circumstances arise outside of its control.
