Terms and Conditions for the "Test It. But It. Win It' Campaign

Promoter: Peoples Ford is the promoter.

Campaign Period: The Campaign commences on 16th September 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 30th September 2026. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

How to Enter

Test Drive Prize Draw – Win a Year’s Worth of Payments

• Customers who complete a test drive of any new or used vehicle at a participating Peoples Ford dealership before 30th September 2026 will automatically be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win the equivalent of a year’s worth of car payments.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
• The winner will receive a refund capped at £3,000 maximum.
• One entry per customer. Multiple test drives will not increase the number of entries.
• The winner will be selected at random after the campaign period ends and will be contacted within 14 days.

Purchase Gifts – Free Dash Cam or Hotel Stay

• Customers who purchase a new passenger car from a participating Peoples Ford dealership before 30th September 2026 may select one of the following:
  • A free Road Angel Halo Ignite dash cam (fitting not included).
  • A complimentary one-night hotel stay for two, accommodation only, at a participating UK hotel.
• One reward per eligible vehicle purchase only.
• Gifts are subject to availability, are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
• If either reward becomes unavailable, Peoples Ford reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative reward of equal or greater value.
• Peoples Ford will endeavour to provide the dash cam or hotel stay details within 30 days of the customer taking delivery of their new vehicle, but fulfilment may be subject to supplier and third-party availability and delays outside of Peoples Ford’s reasonable control.

Eligibility

• The promotion is open to private retail customers who are legal residents of the UK and aged 18 years or over.
• The offer is not open to business, fleet or Motability customers.
• The purchase reward is only available on purchases of brand-new passenger cars ordered from a participating Peoples Ford dealership before 30th September 2026.

General Terms

Data Protection: Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Liability: Peoples Ford accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize/rewards, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects the customer’s statutory rights.

Errors and Omissions: Peoples Ford reserves the right to correct any obvious typographical, pricing, technical or administrative errors or omissions in any campaign advertising, promotional materials or communications. Where there is any inconsistency between campaign advertising or promotional communications and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Compliance: This promotion is governed by Scots law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Changes and Cancellations: Peoples Ford reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice if circumstances arise outside of its reasonable control. Any such change will not affect customers who have already entered or qualified for the promotion, except where necessary to comply with applicable law or where circumstances outside Peoples Ford’s reasonable control make such action unavoidable.
