1. Promotion Name: The promotion is called "Your Deal, Your Way.’

2. Promotion Period: The promotion is valid on qualifying cars purchased before 30th January 2026

3. Eligibility: The promotion is valid for retail customers only.

4. Non-Transferability: All elements of the promotion are non-transferable.

5. Right to Amend or Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any point and without notice.

6. Offer Details: Buy a used car and get one of the below options only:

Up to £500 of Free Fuel: The exact amount will be as per the breakdown in the below table. It is subject to the vehicles sales price.

Up to £500 cash back: Can be applied as a discount off the vehicle or taken as a cashback amount subject to vehicle sales price.

Up to £500 part exchange: A minimum 3 months ownership with the V5 registered keeper details matching those of the buyer. The vehicle must be drivable at point of delivery and clear from all relevant HPI checks, including but not exclusive to stolen or written off, imported or scrapped. A physical valuation must be carried out by a Peoples representative at one of our locations confirming all relevant assumptions used to generate the valuation. All relevant vehicle history documentation and number of keys declared as part of the valuation process must be presented to Peoples. We reserve the right to adjust the valuation following the physical inspection.

7. Combination of Offers: The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers

Liability and Indemnification: Peoples shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peoples from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or costs incurred.

9. General Conditions:

The promoter's decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and compliance with these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Here are the terms & conditions associated with our Best Deal Guaranteed or we’ll double the difference:

• Price: Refers to all charges associated with the deal.
• Deal: This is the OTR invoice price, including price of the vehicle, delivery charges, RFL, interest charges included within the total amount payable for any finance agreements, part exchange, and deposit.
• Finance: The agreement must be the same type e.g. PCP, the same Optional Final Purchase Payment and mileage banding (where applicable) and for the same term. All charges included within the Total Amount Payable must be included.
• Used Ford vehicles : Privately owned Ford vehicle (excludes ex rental vehicles). The vehicle must be the same specification and mileage.
• Specification: The same Model, Variant, Colour, Plate, Year of Registration, Options and mileage.
• Options: Includes all items over and above standard specification at point of registration.
• Dealer: Any Franchised UK dealer with 50 miles of a Peoples dealership.
• Part Exchange : Must be the same vehicle valued by Peoples.
• Claim process : Must be made within 3 working days of the date vehicle ordered from a Peoples dealership. In the unlikely event that Peoples cannot match or better a competitor deal you will be refunded any monies paid to Peoples and your part exchanged returned (if applicable). To claim the 'Peoples Best Deal Guaranteed or we'll double the difference’ you must produce an invoice and copy of your finance agreement (where applicable) from the supplying dealer of the competitor quote that was presented to a Peoples dealership. All documentation must be in the same name and address as the vehicle ordered from Peoples originally and must clearly show the same Part Exchange valued by Peoples.
• Exclusions apply: Ex rental / hire and fleet vehicles, customers with failed finance applications, and those in negative equity may not be eligible.
