Terms and Conditions for "Big Stock Clearance" Promotion
1. Promotion Name: The promotion is called "Big Stock Clearance".
2. Promotion Period: The promotion is valid on qualifying cars purchased before 30th September.
3. Eligibility:
The promotion is valid for retail customers only.
The promotion is available at participating stores only.
Participants must be at least 18 years old to qualify.
4. Non-Transferability: All elements of the promotion are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
5. Right to Amend or Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any point and without notice.
6. Offer Details: Buy a new or used car and get:
Up to £750 of Free Fuel: Receive up to £750 worth of free fuel. The exact amount will be as per the breakdown in the below table.
6 months free Road Fund License: Peoples Ford will either pay for the Road Fund License, provide a voucher, or discount the car by the current Government-issued rate for the vehicle's Road Fund License, at Peoples Ford’s discretion.
7. Combination of Offers: The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
8. Liability and Indemnification: Peoples Ford shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peoples Ford from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or costs incurred.
9. General Conditions:
Excludes selected non-Fords
The promoter's decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and binding.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and compliance with these terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
