1. To enter the giveaway, entrants must either (1) fill in the form on our Royal Highland Show (RHS) Giveaway page on our website OR (2) fill in the form on our stand at the Royal Highland Show between the 22nd and 25th of June OR take a picture at our Royal Highland Show stand and post it on social media using the tag #RHSwithpeoples and tell us which prize you want to win. This Royal Highland Show giveaway is open to residents aged 18 years or over. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.
2. No persons (including their immediate families) connected with the administration of this competition are eligible to enter.
3. Entrants must submit their entry for this competition before the following closing dates (Closing Date): 5pm on Monday 19th June 2023 (RHS ticket giveaway) / before 5pm on Sunday 25th June 2023 (RHS hamper giveaway) / before 5pm Monday 31st July 2023 (RHS off-road giveaway).
4. All valid and correct entries will be entered into the competition. The receiver will be contacted within 24 hours of the Closing Date. The receiver who accepts their prize (Prize Receiver) will need to provide their full name, email address and home address and confirm they agree to these terms and conditions. The receiver will be given 24 hours to respond. If they do not respond within the timeframe, a new prize receiver will be selected.
5. The Prize Receiver will receive either: one pair of RHS 2023 tickets OR an off-road experience in an all-new Ford Ranger OR a delicious hamper (which is packed full of carefully selected alcoholic and non alcoholic Demijohn products including gins, liqueurs, cooking oils and chocolate).
6. The Prize Receiver agrees and hereby grants the Promoter permission to use, copy, distribute, and publicly display their entries on any of the Promoter’s channels or their media partner promotional channels for all purposes related to this competition without any compensation or attribution to you. You also agree that the Promoter may use the Prize Receiver's name and likeness to administer and promote this competition, including for media interviews and promotional events connected with this competition.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to contact all entrants with regards to any communications relating to the competition.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, add or suspend the competition at any time
9. By entering the competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter that are final in all matters relating to the competition. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The decision of each receiver is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is governed by UK law.
11. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Royal Highland Show. The Royal Highland Show are not responsible to entrants in respect of any aspect of this promotion. By entering this competition, you are providing information to the Promoter and its 3rd party associates contracted for the purpose of administering this competition and not to the Royal Highland Show.
