1. Introduction
Promoter: Peoples Ford is the promoter of the "Win a Ford Puma for a Year" competition ("Competition").
Eligibility: This Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Peoples Ford, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the company or promotion.
Competition Period: The Competition commences on 28 February 2025 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 10th March. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
2. How to Enter
Entry Method: To enter, participants must test drive any new car at any participating Peoples Ford location during the Competition Period. To book a test drive, visit www.peoplesford.co.uk or call [booking phone number].
Conditions: Participants must hold a valid full UK driving license.Participants must not have any more than 6 penalty points on their license.Participants will be expected to enter into an agreement with Peoples Ford which will stipulate requirements and limitations. Participants must adhere to all test drive policies. One entry per person.
3. Prizes
Prize Description: One winner will receive a Ford Puma (exact details will be decided by Peoples Ford) for use for a period of one year. This prize includes maintenance of the car, road tax and roadside assistance.The participant must insure the vehicle fully comprehensively and provide evidence ot this effect.The winner will be responsible for all other costs associated with the vehicle's use, including fuel.The winner will be responsible for any fines or charges during the term of the agreement.
Usage Period: The prize must be claimed and the car must be collected within one month of the winner being notified. The car must be returned in good condition at the end of the one-year period.
Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
4. Winner Obligations
Acceptance: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and that the decision of Peoples Ford is final and binding in all matters relating to this Competition.
Documentation: The winner will be required to provide proof of identity, eligibility (including a driving license) and any other reasonable documentation asked for before claiming the prize.
5. General Terms
Data Protection: Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our privacy policy.
Liability: Peoples Ford accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.
Compliance: This Competition is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Changes and Cancellations: Peoples Ford reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions at any point and without notice.
