What is a typical day in the life of a Peoples Sales Executive?

Our Sales roles are not like most and we absolutely pride ourselves on making sure our Sales Teams have a great balance between working with us and having a life outside of work. We offer a 5-day working week and sociable hours to make sure we strike the right balance. No two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people and personalities. Your key role will be making our customers feel truly valued by building genuine and long-standing relationships.

You will build great relationships with our customers to make sure you find the right vehicle for them and to support them in every stage of their purchasing experience.

You will own the customer purchasing experience, from test drives, to vehicle sourcing and ordering, to payment options and additional extras and finally to making sure the vehicle is delivered safely to your customers.

You will have monthly targets and will work as part of a team to achieve goals in your Dealership and to enhance the customer journey.

You will meet and support customers in various ways including face to face, via video platforms, telephone, email and livechat options. No two customers will be the same and that’s one of the ways can assure you that this role is not boring!

My role involves catering to customer needs, listening to what they want from a car and matching them to the right model to suit their requirements. Every day is busy and there is always an enquiry to be followed.

The family nature of the showroom, we are all there to help each other out. The fast-paced busy days make time fly by, and of course the potential rewards for the work put in make it all worthwhile.
