In-house Digital Content Creator/Videographer

Are you an all-round creative superstar who can develop in-house video content? We are on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Content Creator/Videographer for an immediate start. The role is ideal for a creative individual who is skilled in videography, camera operation & editing and who has a competent grasp of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects. You will have demonstrable experience creating visually striking social media and brand videos. Sitting within the marketing team of the year 2023, this is an exciting, new, creative role which will help us transform the look and feel of our brand.

What will you need?

• Ability to research and discuss the production of video content that fits in with the aims, objectives and audiences.
• Skilled in videography, camera operation and editing.
• Experience in an agency or inhouse environment creating video content.
• Experience in delivering regular video projects with tight turnaround times.
• Ability to capture high quality audio.
• Able to create and edit on-screen graphics and apply effectively to edits.
• Experience of shooting video for social media.
• The confidence & ability to work as a one-person crew who can independently record features and interviews which bring to life our products and services. But also to call upon help when required.
• Experience of managing rushes/archiving completed projects.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to manage your own video projects and deliver completed videos on time.

What you’ll have

• Experience of managing and creating a range of video projects including planning, filming & editing.
• Proven practical experience of producing, shooting and editing video content. Must have a showreel available.
• Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience of working in a customer-facing/broadcast environment.
• Experience of presenting live on camera (not essential, but preferred).
• You will be a confident and enthusiastic individual.
• A proactive attitude and ability to use your own initiative to drive activity based on your product understanding.
