Parts Advisor - Bootle Dealership

Role
We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team in our Bootle Dealership. Reporting the Parts Manager you will undertake the receiving and processing of telephone, face to face and internet orders whilst ensuring that customer accounts are managed effectively. You will be responsible for the picking of parts and packaging them in the distribution centre as well as supporting in stock control processes.

What you’ll have: -

• Experience in an Automotive Parts environment is essential
• Ability to prioritise workloads to ensure you achieve targets
• Ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service
• A passion for delivery excellent customer service
• A strong attention to detail
  

Hours of Work

Full time role on a rota basis between the Parts opening hours of:

• 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
