As a Parts Manager at our Ford and BYD Dealership, you will be responsible for supplying parts to our workshops and customers, as well as leading, managing and motivating the Parts team to achieve KPIs. The role involves organisation, an ability to deliver high levels of customer service and is a very hands-on role.
Key Activities include:-
- Motivating the Parts team to achieve KPI's
- Maximising profits through the effective operations and the sale of parts and accessories
- Managing stock and analysing trends to understand what is needed and have an ability to project future demand to ensure Parts are readily available on the shelf as required
- Ensuring OEM standards for Ford and BYD Parts are adhered to
- Demonstrating a comprehensive technical understanding of the automotive trade
- Ensuring all workshop requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently
- Motivating the Parts team to achieve KPIs
About you:
- Experience as a Parts Supervisor or Manager in Automotive is essential
- Strong oganisational skills
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to lead and coach a team
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, suppliers and OEMs
