At Peoples Automotive Group, we are invested in our local community and getting involved where we can. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of being involved in several Gala Days, driving kings, queens and other respected members of the communities who were specially selected to be part of the festivities. This year, we rolled out the Mustang Mach-Es and headed to Bathgate Gala Day, followed by Torphichen Gala Day the week after.
Watching a community come together to celebrate each other is the most heart-warming experience, and no one does it better than Bathgate and Torphichen.
Our links don't just start and end with the Gala Days. One of our most valued partnerships is that of the award winning Peoples Ford Boghall and Bathgate Caledonia Pipe Band, who we have supported over the years by providing use of a commercial vehicle to transport their instruments and equipment to competitions and performances.
The band are renowned across Scotland and the UK, having recently coming first in in the British Championships. We caught a glimpse of our beloved team at the Bathgate Gala Day.
The week after Bathgate, we headed 5 minutes up the road to Torphichen where the Gala Day spirits were high. We have been attending Torphichen Gala Day for almost 10 years and each year the atmosphere gets bigger and bigger.
We had the pleasure of transporting Judy and her daughter Dawn this year in the Mustang Mach-E. Judy has lived in Torphichen for over 40 years and has contributed to the community with her crafting and baking, to name a couple of her talents, for the duration. Judy is well-known and loved through the village, driving her round was a true joy.
