Along with the rest of the country, we were shocked and deeply saddened by the events that took place outside the Liverpool Women's Hospital on Remembrance Sunday.
On the 17th November, our Chairman Brian Gilda was contacted by a member of the Liverpool Women's Hospital asking for our help. One of their staff members cars was written off due to the explosion - he was actually the security guard who could be seen tackling the blaze.
We were delighted to be able to help by providing a loan of a car to keep him mobile. Brian Gilda said, "Following the appalling terrorist attack at Liverpool Women's Hospital it was a pleasure to provide Will with a loan of a car. We are a family business with extensive links across Liverpool and were very happy to help."
Liverpool Women's Hospital went on to say, "THANK YOU all so very much Peoples Ford. We are overwhelmed and cannot thank you enough - it is certainly going above and beyond. Jeff Newton (Sales Director) and Michael Regan (Senior Sales Executive) were wonderful throughout."
