reducing expense to your business. You can also arrange for your closest
Peoples Ford Transit Centre to collect your
vehicle and deliver it back to you after your service or repair work has been completed, for even greater convenience.
All of our Transit Centre Service departments are open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:30pm and our workshops are open Saturday from 8:30 until 5pm. Please contact us for more information.
If you're struggling to get your Ford commercial vehicle to us for servicing and repairs, we do offer a collection and delivery service (limited availability). We'll aim to have the vehicle back to you as quickly as possible to ensure minimal disruption to your working day.
When your Commercial Vehicle isn’t working, neither are you. So our priority is to get you back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible. Initial diagnosis on urgent (vehicle off-road) repairs is carried out and parts ordered (if required) within two hours of arrival.
MOTs (including Class 4, 5 and 7 tests), tachograph servicing and speed limiting (VOSA approved)
Initial diagnosis on urgent (vehicle off-road) repairs is carried out to same-day-inspection, with parts ordered where necessary. We aim to complete most repairs the same working day.
Parts either in stock or delivered to any Ford dealer in the UK by 9am the next morning (n.b. for remote regions of the UK we deliver by 12 noon).
All parts are designed and engineered by Ford, to Ford standards. Parts fitted to a vehicle outside of warranty carry a ‘fitted in service’ parts warranty. We also stock a wide range of commercial vehicle tyres.
For speedy and accurate fault diagnosis, we provide a sophisticated, internet-linked vehicle diagnostics system.
An electronic recall programme, Fleet Service Centre and free Fleet Accident Management service.
Our team of Ford-trained technicians are supported by online technical information and a Ford technical hotline.
