1. Customers who reserve and place an order for a pre-loved vehicle between 14th July and 31st August 2023, inclusive will be entitled to:
2. The offer is only open to private retail customers who are legal residents of the UK and at least 18 years old at the time of taking advantage of the offer.
3. The offer is not open to business customers.
4. The offer is only available on purchases of used passenger cars ordered from a participating Peoples dealership between 14th and 31st August 2023, inclusive.
5. All prestige vehicles are excluded from this offer.
6. There is no limit on the number of times the offer can be used by an eligible customer. For example, if an eligible customer makes multiple qualifying purchases, the customer will be entitled to benefit from the offer in respect of each qualifying purchase, subject to these terms and conditions.
7. All vehicles are subject to availability. Please check availability before visiting a Peoples store.
8. Peoples shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any event or circumstance beyond their reasonable control.
9. The offer is non-transferable or exchangeable. All offers are subject to status, terms and conditions.
10. Peoples reserves the right to vary, suspend or discontinue this offer and these terms and conditions without notice and at any time.
11. These terms and conditions are in addition to any other term or condition as part of the purchase of a motor vehicle from Peoples.
