The premises were very clean, smart and inviting . This is a Motability vehicle . The process was explained clearly and completely. I chose this garage largely based on that. I had visited several dealerships and wasn't completely certain that I would buy Ford .The advisor at Peoples (Joe Williams) was superb . I think how he stood out was that he listened to what my requirements where, what our needs were and how much down payment we would have. We never felt pressurised (unlike some dealers we had dealt with). I felt our custom was valued . On subsequent visits Joe remembered our family names. He used my husband's preferred named rather than his official name . He gave us the information we needed without boring us and sounding like Jeremy Clarkson . All other info was given re: insurance, breakdown cover etc in a timely and courteous manner . He didn't overwhelm us with information nor did he patronise us. I think I was also happy to use this dealership again because of how smoothly the services were carried out . I had my heart set on a VW Golf or Nissan vehicle But after visiting the dealership ended up with the Kuga . I'm so glad I did as this car is much more suited to our family needs. That's a good salesman I think . By the way Joe and myself share the same surname... I can assure you we are not related( my family are much better looking ) ????

I was a BMW owner for over 16 years and have only just had to change. I am happy with the inside of the Fiesta and the look of the dashboard and interior. I am also impressed with the Ford SYNC technology and the smooth ride of the car - not to mention the sporty steering wheel. I can say I am very happy with the vehicle and the experience of buying a Ford vehicle from Peoples. Last week I had my annual service and MOT at Peoples in Prescot. In the phone call follow-up from you re: service, I registered that it was excellent - they even washed and vacuumed the car!

A few days ago I noticed a 'rattle' - without hesitation, they had the car in, gave it a run and located the problem (a small rubber grommet holding the bonnet arm had broken). Frank Caren immediately ordered another one - it came today....Frank hops over the desk, comes out to the car and fits it - no charge - what service!

In Frank Caren and Jason Gardner, you have two excellent men - a credit to Peoples and to Ford.

I don't think there's anything you could have done better to be honest. The whole experience was very positive. The car is superb, as was the service. Debbie Jones in particular was extremely professional and demonstrated excellent interpersonal and customer care skills. We were initially anxious that we may not be able to afford a brand new car but Debbie put us at ease immediately and worked through several payment options before we selected the best one for us. She worked really hard to make it work for us and we felt really good about that when we left the showroom.

With regards to the Focus, I'm still blown away by it. Every time I drive it, I can't get the smile off my face! It seems as if it was made especially for me. Performance, handling, comfort...you name it, are all spot on. I sense that this is the beginning of a new relationship with Ford. I really can't envisage me wanting to switch to another car in the near or distant future.

I was extremely impressed with Gary Cox, the salesman who assisted me throughout my car buying process. As an HR manager myself, I am always looking to improve our company and Gary is a shining example of how you should deliver excellent customer service, and what this really feels and looks like.

I have intended to write to his Manager at Speke to pass on my comments but haven’t found the time yet, so this is why I have taken the time to fill this Customer Viewpoint Survey in. He was very easy to deal with, confident and knowledgeable without being cocky.

He certainly knows his stuff and is very thorough. He made the whole process much more straight forward and very easy. He is a real pleasure to do business with and should be commended.
