Our Apprenticeships provide you with a fantastic mix of hands-on experience, a chance to learn from the best and an industry recognised qualification. Joining via our apprenticeship route means you will become part of the Peoples family from day 1 and will be fully supported as your career journey progresses.

Vehicle Apprenticeships

If you love cars, enjoy being hands-on and want to learn a range of mechanical experience then this is the apprenticeship for you. Our 3-year apprenticeship programme is designed to equip you with a strong set of skills and knowledge to ensure you have a rewarding career with us. As an apprentice you will receive Ford approved training and will use the latest diagnostic equipment and technology to react to the ever-changing technological developments within the Automotive industry. Your apprenticeship will include training blocks at the renowned Henry Ford Training Academy, as well as on the job training and regular progress checks with a dedicated mentor and Ford accredited assessor. We want you to be the best and to learn from the best. As you progress you will learn to do everything from servicing and vehicle maintenance to working on the latest Electric Vehicles and using the newest range of technologies.
