We are looking for an enthusiastic, bubbly and customer focussed individual to join our Customer Relationship Management Team as a Customer Contact Executive based in Falkirk. In a fast paced environment where the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will play a vital role in dealing with all inbound telephone enquiries. Whether the enquiry is in relation to a customer booking, a Car sales enquiry or a query for our Accounts team, you will be the first point of contact for every customer and will provide excellent service on every occasion.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, responsibilities will include:

Full time role (38 hours per week) on a rota basis between CRM opening hours of:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 7pm
Saturday - 8am to 6pm
