As a Marketing Executive at Peoples, you will be joining an award-winning marketing team, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and talent acquisition efforts and managing your own projects with a clear focus on effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Project and Account Management: Take ownership of specific marketing projects, driving them from conception to completion.
  • Diverse Marketing Initiatives: Engage in a wide array of marketing projects and campaigns, prioritising the customer experience in every task.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies, utilising tools like Google Analytics and CRM data to monitor performance and identify trends.
  • Content Creation: Write SEO-optimized content and collaborate with web designers to create compelling landing pages and email campaigns.
  • Social Media Advertising: Work with our social media team to execute targeted paid ad campaigns.
  • PPC Advertising: Work closely with the PPC specialist to align per-per-click advertising campaigns with business priorities, ensuring optimal targeting and budget utilisation for maximum ROI.
  • Affiliate Management: Leverage experience in managing third party relationships with specialist websites, overseeing affiliate partnerships to drive lead generation.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Enhance the digital-to-physical customer journey by supplying branches with necessary marketing materials.
  • Event Coordination: Organize events to effectively reach and engage with our target audience.
  • Internal Collaboration: Keep stakeholders informed about marketing activities' outcomes and collaborate with the Communications team to develop relevant content.

What you'll have:

  • Proven ability to manage projects independently.
  • Experience in planning and executing a variety of marketing activities.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to gauge marketing effectiveness.
  • Skilled in writing SEO-optimized content and understanding SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience with social media advertising and collaboration with design teams.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple cross departmental relationships.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating events and engaging with internal teams.
