This role includes delivering an excellent experience for all of our inbound and outbound customer calls, upselling and promoting products and services to our customers as well as making follow-up calls to remind our customers of upcoming appointments any services required.
Hours
Full time role (39 hours per week) on a rota basis to cover the Department opening hours of:
Monday to Friday- 8am to 6pm
Saturday - 8am to 5pm
Sunday- 11am to 5pm
